Andy Wiseman is the Chair of the Hertfordshire Police Historical Society and a serving police officer with the Hertfordshire Constabulary ( Chief Inspector of Watford). He is also the author of The History of Police Stations in Hertfordshire. His talk delves into 180 years of policing in Hertfordshire. Interspersed with stories of triumph, tragedy and intrigue, his talk is accompanied by images from the Constabulary’s archives, dating back to the 1880’s.
