Our November film is a beautiful one, set in London and Guernsey both during and just after the war. It is a sensitive evocation of love, loyalty, bravery, fear, honour and humour during Guernsey’s occupation, and its aftermath, that will stay with you long after the film has finished. The Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society are a group of people not easily forgotten. Doors open at 7 for supper, film at 8pm. £5 suggested donation for film and £5 for supper. Good bar!
