SARRATT  HORTICULTURAL  SOCIETY SPRING SHOW Saturday 4 April  Sarratt Village Hall

As the Spring approaches, it is time to consider your entries for our Spring Show, one of the early special events in the Village Calendar. Much depends on the vagaries of the weather which has again been indifferent as this is written. We always need to be optimistic and hopefully there will be the usual fine displays of Daffodils, Tulips and other Spring Flowers.
The large variety of classes in the Show allow for many different talents to be expressed with Cookery, Photography, Arts and Crafts and Flower Arranging amongst the most popular while the Children have their own age classes.
The special Cookery Recipe for this Show is a Pineapple Upside Down Cake while the Photographic subjects are “Footprints” and “Into the Woods”.
For the Children, there are several choices including 5 Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes or a Lego Garden.
All entry forms must be submitted to the Village Shop by 7pm on Wednesday 1 April .
With all entries placed in the Village Hall by 11am on the day of the Show.
Doors open to the public at 2.30pm with the customary Trading Table, Raffle, Teas and Auction of entries.
