Rickmansworth School

This is a good and improving school with many outstanding features, particularly in its specialist arts provision.

Today Rickmansworth is a Foundation School, providing education to boys and girls aged 11 to 18 of all academic abilities. Most children are admitted at 11 and there is an additional intake at 16 into the Sixth Form. In September 2003 the School was designated as a DfES Specialist Arts College, focusing on the Performing Arts and in April 2008 took on a second specialism of Science after recognition as a High Performing Specialist School.
