It’s September. The summer holidays are over and the early morning school runs are back on the agenda, meaning it’s either a quick piece of toast for breakfast, or nothing at all. But as we all know, ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’, so start the day off right with a bowl of wholesome and delicious overnight oats, recipes courtesy of our fabulous Head Pastry Chef, Ryan.

Chocolate Oats

Chocolate Overnight Oats

Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 320g rolled oats
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 20g agave nectar
  • 300ml coconut milk

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight to absorb.
  2. Enjoy the following morning!

 

Vanilla Berry Oats

Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats

Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 320g rolled oats
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 50g mixed berry puree
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 20g agave nectar
  • 300ml coconut milk

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight to absorb.
  2. Enjoy the following morning!

 

Tropical Oats

Tropical Overnight Oats

Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 320g rolled oats
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 50g mango puree
  • A sprinkling of passionfruit seeds
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 20g agave nectar
  • Sliced kiwi and mango
  • A sprinkling of desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight to absorb.
  2. Enjoy the following morning!

 

Earl Grey Oats

Earl Grey Overnight Oats

Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 320g rolled oats
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 50g earl grey lemon syrup (follow this recipe)
  • 20g lemon and orange zest
  • 300mls soya milk
  • 20g agave nectar

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight to absorb.
  2. Enjoy the following morning!
