SARRATT PARISH COUNCIL would like to make its Parishioners aware that the 2 housing developments proposed by the BURLINGTON PROPERTY GROUP and presented during two online public consultation events earlier this year have now moved to formal OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATIONS submitted to Three Rivers District Council.

  • 22/0601/OUT Outline application: Erection of up to 78 new dwellings, a new Doctors Surgery and Scout HQ (Appearance, Layout, Landscaping and Scale as reserved matters) Land at Rear Of 17 – 49 Church Lane Sarratt Road Hertfordshire

 

  • 22/0602/OUT – Outline application: Erection of up to 9 new homes, associated access, parking and landscaping (Appearance, Layout, Landscaping and Scale as reserved matters) Land Adjacent 97 Church Lane Sarratt Hertfordshire
