Three classic cocktails for the festive season
Espresso Martini
A real favourite, our espresso martini has a coconut twist so you can try something a little different.
Ingredients
- 15ml Patron XO
- 35ml Vodka
- 15ml coconut syrup
- 50ml espresso coffee
Method
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Add all the ingredients and shake
- Double strain into a martini glass
Old Fashioned
This classic is guaranteed to warm you up on a winter’s evening.
Ingredients
- 60ml Bulleit bourbon
- 15ml Earl Grey syrup
- 2 drops Angostura
- Orange zest
Method
- Add ice to a tumbler
- Pour all ingredients over the ice and stir
The Grove Mary
What better way to start festivities than with brunch and a Bloody Mary!
Ingredients
- 50ml Vodka
- 25/35ml House Mary mix (depending on how spicy you like it!): Worcestershire sauce, crushed chillies, sriracha sauce, green peppercorns, mustard
- 80ml Tomato juice
Method
- Add ice to a tumbler
- Pour all ingredients over the ice and stir
- Garnish with lemon and a chilli flake rim
